Meet the artist behind the New England Summit's featured art. Doug Dale raced bikes for five decades until a bad fall ended his amateur pastime. So he turned to art, creating whimsical mixed-media collages that mostly celebrate cycling — including "Beantown Bicyclist," for our upcoming New England Bike-Walk Summit.
