Charleston, SC: Evening bike commute to Patriots Point for a social event at Reel Bar at Charleston Harbor Marina

Ride Start: We will convene at the corner of Calhoun and Concord Street (right in front of Liberty Square and the Aquarium Wharf) at 5:30 pm, ride across the Ravenel Bridge to Patriots Point

Ride End: Reel Bar at Charleston Harbor Marina for social hour (20 Patriots Point Rd, Mt Pleasant, SC 29464)

For extra fun, take the 5 pm Charleston Water Taxi ($6 one-way) from Charleston Harbor Resort & Marina to Waterfront Park, then bike back. RSVP for water taxi only to info@eastcooperland.org or 843-224-1849.

25 years, 50 rivers, 1 Greenway: The nonprofit East Coast Greenway Alliance is celebrating its 25th anniversary by hosting a 3,000-mile, 68-day birthday party — the East Coast River Relay. The series of public events began August 24 in Calais, Maine, and is following the Greenway to end in Key West, Florida on October 30.
