Accelerate Connection
Throughout 2025, the East Coast Greenway Alliance took an important step forward by creating a new strategic plan to guide our work over the next three to five years. We partnered with strategic consultants moss+ross and worked closely with a dedicated Strategic Planning Committee made up of staff, board members and partners to shape this vision.
Community input was at the heart of the process. Nearly 400 people shared their perspectives through a survey, and dozens more participated in focus groups and working sessions — helping ensure the plan reflects the voices and priorities of the people who care about the Greenway.
